AED classes

The Property Committee would like to let our
guests and everyone on our premises know that
we’ve secured our facility with an two AED
machines. Look for the highly visible decals, one in
the sanctuary and one in the fellowship hall.
Training classes led by Wimberley EMS are
scheduled for Sunday, May 5 at 1:30pm and
Thursday, May 9 at 10:00am and 7:00pm in the
fellowship hall.
We encourage you to attend and save a life!

Potluck Dinner! May 8 at 6pm

Bring a favorite dish to share!
Our program will focus on our youth program.
Aaron Orner will share the plans for the youth activities and fundraisers. Come support our youth!


John Knox Camp Volunteer Day May 11

We’ll be joining others from Mission Presbytery to help JKR get ready for their summer campers!
Hours 9 am- 5pm. Lunch will be provided and we’ll get to swim in the river! Bring gloves and any cleaning supplies and equipment you think we could use.

Birthday Offering May 12th

The Birthday Offering of Presbyterian Women will be collected Sunday, May 12. This is an annual tradition and has funded more than 200 mission projects that touch the lives of women and children. Offering envelopes will be provided, and we ask that you give as you have been blessed, generously and as led by the Holy Spirit.

Highway Pick Up May 18th

We will start at 8:30am with the usual breakfast tacos
and begin litter pickup at 9:00. More information will be
given as the date approaches. We hope that you will
save the date and plan to join us for a much needed
community service to beautify our road.

Cookies for Teachers May 20th

That’s right. It’s the end of the school year and time that we show our Wimberley teacher just how much we appreciate them! Bring your cookies to the church by May 20th at 9 am so we can distribute them to the schools. Thank you!

June 1- Youth Garage Sale

Saturday, June 1 the Youth ministry is hosting a community
garage sale. That’s right! This is an opportunity to turn your
junk into funds for the youth mission trips. To donate items,
register on the church website under the youth ministry,
contact Linda Corbitt or Pam Drake, or call Janice at the
church office. They will coordinate pick up. Yes! You don’t
have to do a thing. We’ll send a few of our youth families to
dig it out and pick it all up.
